Our multidisciplinary core teams are the pillars that uphold and form the foundation of our company. The six pillars of GenerX are Formulation Development, Analytical Development, Manufacturing, Quality Assurance, Regulatory Affairs, and Business Development and Marketing. 

Our pillars are led by influential and passionate leaders in the pharmaceutical industry with broad knowledge and in-depth expertise in sterile injectables. Leading one of our six pillars is our visionary founder and CEO, Rudy Flach.

Rudy founded GenerX on a vision backed with over 24 years of solid experience in the generic pharmaceutical industry where he gained extensive practical experience in the sterile injectable space. 

As a formulation development SME or Subject Matter Expert, Rudy has developed numerous complex drug product formulations and has received over 30 ANDA/NDA approvals.

Fueled with an unwavering entrepreneurial spirit and natural abilities to meaningfully connect and build long-term relationships with his peers and clients, Rudy has extended beyond his technical expertise to dive into the business development world where he has brokered multiple multi-million drug development projects.

Rudy has held various positions at Baxter Healthcare, Gensia-Sicor, Teva Pharmaceuticals, Avrio Biopharmaceuticals (acquired by Nitto Denko), B. Braun, Gilead Sciences, and Custopharm, Inc. Rudy holds a B.S. in Chemistry from the University of California, Irvine and a M.S. in Organic Chemistry from California State University, Fullerton.
